The opportunity

An exciting opportunity to join an Australian Manufacturer in our sales team with exposure to various world leading technologies in the energy storage and power solutions industry.

As part of the Business Development team, you will have a direct impact on our growth by establishing new customer relationships and importantly maintaining and developing a strong existing client base. You will become part of an organisation working within an innovative and challenging environment that is experiencing astounding growth. In this role, you will have the potential to evolve and flourish with support from a strong team environment with experienced managers/colleagues who have extensive industry knowledge.


  • Seek out and expand specific market segments through the current customer base such as storage, solar applications, communications, RAPS and rail.
  • Develop and grow sales to existing and new customers and to assist the Battery Energy team to expand targeted market segments.
  • Accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Preparing reports with analysis and measuring market trends with the ability to effectively present information.
  • Willing to travel when necessary.

Required experience, qualifications and skills

  • A minimum of 5 years business development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in building strategic relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Superior communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
